direct QSling:
We are sorry to inform that due to the recent post rate increasing in Italy,
1 USD or 1 European IRC does not cover anymore the mail expenses to send direct qsl outside Europe.
Should you want to receive a direct qsl outside Europe, please include 1 IRC + 1 USD or 2 USD or 2 IRC.
Direct request which does not include the mail coverage cost will be sent via the bureau.
Please keep in mind that 1 IRC or a stamped envelope does not help towards the costs of the DXpedition.
